CJ  is an AQHA 2022 buckskin filly by Customs Pistol Pete, out of Ghost Dreamer Dunit. She is 5 panel (currently being tested for IMM) N/N and carries SW20.

CJ was purchased back due to an unforeseen life event with her previous owners that prevented them from putting her in training on time.  Due to this, she was started late in her two-year-old year, which set her back from the futurities. However, even with her late start, she has made great strides catching up and becoming a true contender for the derby and non pro competition. CJ is a favorite at the barn, especially with her trainer, who is routinely complementing her drive to learn, perform, and the fact that she gives everything she has.

CJ’s sire is our own Customs Pistol Pete who was taken out of a three year retirement and won the Ranch Horse Extravaganza Ideal Ranch Horse stakes, Ranch riding stakes and Ranch reigning stakes.  He also came in reserve high point champion for the show. He is the son of Custom Pistol and grandson of Custom Crome.

Her dam is our very own Letit Reign, a money-earning mare by Wimpys Little Step out of Dunits Enterprise. Her foals have been sold around the world.  One of CJ’s half sisters will start showing in the European NRHA futurities next year.
